Project Details

559 tools and equipment were delivered to our clients working site for construction of the old tap works in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

To assist with this construction project, we supplied our client with a wide range of tools and equipment. Plant hire, Power and electric equipment and cleaning equipment were all popular on site in Wolves and were on hire from our Telford Depot.

Tool hire included anything from a Hilti Breaker, tarmac cutter, demolition hammer or rotary drill.

Equipment hire included plenty of digger hire, usually accompanied with a grading bucket. Also frequently on hire was a water bowser, generator and micro digger hire.

History

150 new homes were made on the Tap Works Development scheme in Low Hill.

Galliford Try Partnerships delivered the construction project, which consisted of 3 derelict locations - the historic former Armitage Shanks Tap Works Factory site, and land on Fifth Avenue and Broome Road.

Once complete, the homes were sold under the group's Linden Homes brand.
